Order Processing

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Locations

 

We currently ship within Canada only.

All orders are fulfilled from our Ottawa location.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on flat-rate pricing:

 

• Standard Shipping (0–2kg): $9.99

• Free Standard Shipping for orders $150+

• Express Shipping (0–2kg): $14.99

Please note: Shipping rates may vary depending on promotions or seasonal adjustments.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Ontario / Quebec: 2–5 business days

• Western Canada: 4–8 business days

• Atlantic Canada: 4–8 business days

• Northern regions: 7–14 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Order Issues & Delays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incomplete addresses.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@pawllywoof.com and we will assist you with a claim or replacement.

Warm Weather Shipping (Treats)

Some freeze-dried treats may vary slightly in texture due to temperature fluctuations during transit. This does not affect quality or safety.
