We use 100% locally sourced Canadian ingredients — fresh meats, seafood, and vegetables from trusted farms and suppliers.

Our treats are made using gentle freeze-drying or slow dehydrating methods to preserve natural nutrients, flavour, and aroma.

If you are not satisfied with your order:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawllywoofrss@gmail.com
• Products must be non-expired and mostly unused
• Depending on the situation, a refund or replacement may be offered
• If a return is needed, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse return postage

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.
